- Added chat bubble popups above NPC boats when captains send radio messages
- Fix boat position arrow overlapping pot marker during tutorial map markers step
- Fix combo milestone popups (NICE!, GOOD HAUL!, KLORB COMBO!, etc.) not appearing after the first one
- Combo counter now continuously fades out between pot retrievals
- Reorganize, resize klorb reveal counter & combo counter
